El PankoPor fin pudimos saldar a medias nuestra deuda con la ciudad, ya que se anuló por diluvio el último concierto que intentamos, pero faltó que fuera gratis para todo el mundo, tal como había prometido el ayuntamiento, es decir que aún nos deben una a todos. Esto fue causa de que no hubiera una super audiencia, pero los que vinieron conectaron y nos auparon a tope.

La sala teniendo las mismas características que la del DF, en esta si que han tenido la decencia y la habían acolchado acústicamente, pues esto y el calor humano permitió que realizáramos el mejor concierto de esta girilla mexicana. Un conciertón tremendo con mucho mucho feeling y en el que estaban todos nuestros grandes amigos de la ciudad.

Hay que felicitar y mucho a Zafra Music, a Marcela, Jaqueline y Cesar, los que nos han traído esta vez y levantado discográficamente al nivel que estamos.

Luego como final de fiesta, como siempre, acabamos en manos de nuestro querido Doctor Raúl en La Mutualista bebiendo, platicando y bailando.

Estamos muy contentos de esta gira y estamos seguros que será el trampolín para hacer cosas muy grandes este año que viene.

Finally we’ve settled some of our debt with this city, since the last show we tried was cancelled by a deluge… but it would’ve been much nicer if it were free for everyone, like the town officials had promised. So, we still owe one to everyone! This was the the reason that we didn’t have the big audience we’d like, but the ones who came were totally connected and brought us into that space.

The place had the same sound quality as Salon 21 in DF, although here at least they had the decency to put up some sound-absorbent material, and the combination of this and the heat of the people allowed us to put on the best show so far of this little Mexican tour.

A big thanks needs to go to Zafra Music, to Marcela, Jaqueline and Cesar, who brought us here this time and who’s made our releases happen in this country.

Finally, at the end of the party, like always, we ended up in the hands of our beloved Doctor Raúl in La Mutualista drinking, chatting, and dancing.

We’ve been very happy with this trip and we’re sure it will be a trampoline for doing more and better things here in the coming year.
