Festival Mundial – Holland

Empezamos el concierto de día con toda la peña alucinando con la seguiriya-reggae “Respira”
y a continuación el “Color” que también cuesta un poco de digerir…
Something special is going on with Holland, we feel almost at home every time we come. Something about the nice people, so open-minded, and sensitive to good music. Panko and me have a lot of feeling for our past living in Amsterdam, as well…
Today we were a little scared, especially Paco, because Ramón had a motocycle accident and hurt his left hand, so he couldn’t come and play this concert. So all the weight of the flamenco rhythm was on Paco’s guitar, and it’s not so easy to be doing both, lead and rhythm, but he really made it…. Also the sound was great after a couple of songs and the strong feedback from the audience allowed us to feel really good and make a nice powerful concert.
The combination between Sonia, our dancer, and Max with the beatvox, a bulería dialogue between the two was one of the highest peaks of the show. This summer we are also coming to the North Sea Jazz Festival and the Lowlands, which we’re so happy about because we love to share our music in this country.

what a great show! nice that the weather cooperated and everyone had such a great time. i was standing closer to the front, and i suspected that there were a lot of people there, but i had no idea how many until i saw the photo you took!
i got one decent video: http://vimeo.com/clip:214935 ; considering all the gadgets i saw around me, i’m sure that this event has been well-documented
