Helsinki, Finland

Finland has a strange contradictory feeling… on the one hand, it’s really amazing, so beautiful, so much money. But people seem to be so serious, rules are so strict and everything has to work perfectly, and so the feeling ends up being not too exciting. I’m angry because that’s slowly starting to happen in Spain since we are in the Common Market, and every time we get nearer to that, farther away from Africa. Every day more rules, laws, restrictions to make it safer, to make it secure, to protect everyone from something, from our fears. No risks, no adventures are possible with out special permissions, ja, ja… North Europe is this big example of perfection and it’s slowly coming down to us… and that’s the contradiction, we’re starting to get more sad, bored and serious, losing the Latin freaky happiness and spontaneity… and that’s the feeling in this country, a constructive critic extended to all of us, the big paradox of a perfect society…
The concert was really good, fantastic sound equipment, even though by law we shouldn’t have gone louder than 92db to protect our ears and not godeaf, ja, ja… that’s about less than the noise a crowd can make in Spain when they shout at the end of a song, imagine!!! Anyway, we finally got enough pressure, the gig went along really well and after a couple of songs the public really got into the long trip of our performance. We really enjoyed the concert, specially because of this fantastic sound equipment and a big part of the crowd went wild enough to feed our adrenaline towards a real good and powerful performance.
After the concert our DJ Panko was invited by DJ Bunuel to do a session with him in a club, and so nearly all of us went there and were dancing, drinking Finnish vodka and having fun until real late. What a day!

We really loved you guys here in Finland! It’s too bad that you feel the way you do about Finland though, we do know how to have fun but I do think you are right… about all those rules and stuff.. I’ve never been to Spain, but I would really love to! I just really want to thank you, I loved your music, the whole show… Everything!!!
I’m pretty sure that you don’t remember me but I swear that DJ Panko pointed at me while singing during the second last song… (I was in the front row, black t-shirt.. brown hair.. not too recognisable) I have nooo idea what you were singing, but I had the time of my life.. I bought both of the cd’s that you had with you and now they are the only things I listen to!
THANK YOU!!!

hola a todos! había esperado nada menos que cinco años para veros en directo y disfruté cada segundo del concierto. mi amiga que no os conocía tanto también quedó impresionada - así que muchísimas gracias y qué bueno que vinisteis!
